This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non compliance of the order dated 27.8.2018 passed by this Court.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that pursuant to the order dated 27.8.2018 passed by this Court, the petitioner's representation has been decided.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the representation has been decided, but payment of gratuity, balance earned leave and arrears on the basis of Revised Pay scale Rules 2008 have not been made to the petitioner.

Heard. Considered.

Indisputably vide order 27.8.2018 passed by this Court, the respondents were directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation and that has been decided by the respondents.

In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is dismissed and notices stand discharged.

If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is free to avail the remedy, as available to him, in accordance with law.
