Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the amount payable to the employees as per the order of Ld. Single Judge has been deposited with the Court. He prays that the amount may not be disbursed to the employees as now the respondents have preferred SLP against dismissal of their appeal vide order dated 15.11.2021 in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.860/2021.
However, upon being inquired as to whether there is a stay against the disbursal of the amount payable to the employees, learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is no interim order operating in the SLP.
In view of above, we are inclined to adjourn this case.
