This contempt petition has been filed alleging defiance of the interim order of this Court passed in the second appeal.

It is submitted that despite an order to maintain status quo, the petitioner is not allowed to enter in the field.

I do not find that a contempt is made out if the petitioner not allowed to enter in the field pursuant to the order maintaining status quo. The rights of the parties would otherwise be determined in the pending second appeal thus this contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to both the parties to pursue their rights in the pending second appeal and as per the determination of the rights therein, the parties would be governed.
