In the instant contempt petition preferred under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, a grievance has been made by the petitioner that the order dated 20.01.2016 passed by ld. Single Judge in S.B. Civil 2 nd Stay Application No.932/2015 in S.B. Civil First Appeal No.7/2001 has not been complied with.

Heard.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 15.07.2016.

On that day, present contempt petition shall be taken up for hearing, along with S.B. Civil First Appeal No.7 of 2001.

A liberty is also granted to the petitioner to serve the respondents through counsel representing respondents, in S.B. Civil Regular First Appeal No.7 of 2001.

On returnable date, list present contempt petition before the Bench hearing S.B. Civil Regular First Appeal pertaining to the year, 2001.
