Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming bonus marks for the post of 'APO' which was advertised on 25th March, 2013. Has has also prayed for grant of experience certificate.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said advertisement dt. 25th March, 2013 has been withdrawn by the State Government on 3rd July, 2017 and as such the petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute this fact that the impugned advertisement has already been withdrawn. However, issue of grant of experience certificate is not decided in the instant petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous on account of withdrawal of advertisement.
