Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of order dated 10.2.2021 (Annex.10 in the petition), similar writ petition was filed at principal seat at Jodhpur and on 24.3.2021, the Coordinate Bench of this court in that writ petition, issued notices to the respondents.
Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within six weeks. Requisites be filed within one week.
In the meantime, no third party interest in the land in question shall be created.
The respondents shall be at liberty to move an application under Art. 226(3) of the Constitution of India for vacation of stay order.
List this case along with SBCW Pet. No.4936/2021 as prayed.
