Counsel for the appellant submits that it may be for one or two months, the amount may not have been paid but the appellant is regularly paying the amount of Rs.1,000/- as fixed by this Court in terms of order dt.24.05.2013.

Counsel for the appellant is directed to furnish details of such payments made to the respondent as directed earlier by this Court on or before the next date of hearing.
