Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel
for the parties, appeal is admitted on the following substantial questions of law:-
"1. Whether the findings of the learned first appellate court are perverse?
- Whether the reasonable and bonafide necessity for the purpose of Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1950 can be construed as compelling or absolute and dire necessity?"
Since, the respondent is duly represented by his counsel,
hence, fresh notice need not be issued to him.
