1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned transfer order dated 15.09.2021 (Annex.1) is clearly contrary to the judgment of this Court dated 15.01.2020, rendered in the case of Kiran Kumari Vs. State & Ors. (SBCWP No.14964/2019).

2. The matter requires consideration.

3. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also.

4. Mr. K.S. Rajpurohit, learned Additional Advocate General accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and prays for some time to complete his instructions.

5. List this case on 26.10.2021.

6. Meanwhile, effect and operation of the impugned order dated 15.09.2021 (Annex.1) shall remain stayed qua the petitioner.
