This writ petition is filed by the petitioner M/s Jai Matha

Works, Mumbai through Umrao Singh Boonliya, son of Shri Bhanwar Lal Boonliya. On pertinent query raised by the Court as to when the Jai Matha Works, Mumbai has authorized Mr. Umrao Singh Boonliya to file this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has frankly admitted that no such authorization is available with Umrao Singh Boonliya.

In such circumstances, this writ petition filed on behalf of the Jai Matha Works, Mumabi through Umrao Singh Boonliya is not maintainable.

Hence, the same is dismissed.
