The matter comes up on an application (No.6/19) preferred on behalf of Jai Narain Vyas University for recalling/modification of order dated 23.7.19, wherein undertaking given on behalf of the University regarding consent letter being issued for proposed widening of the road from Mahendra Nath Arora Circle towards the university terminating at Pili Tanki, Bhagat Ki Kothi was recorded.
Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-University submits that during the pendency of the application, the University has already given 'No Objection Certificate' for widening of the road on the condition that the JDA will fulfill the assurance given before the Division Bench regarding shifting of water pipe lines and electric poles and lines including further maintenance of the road etc.
In this view of the matter, no order is required to be passed on this application at this stage.
Let the matter be listed before the regular Bench on 19.8.19, as prayed.
