None present on behalf of the petitioner. However, the officers of different departments, present in person, have assured that tenders flouted for construction of roads will be finalized soon and work would be started for construction of roads of different areas of city. Further it is submitted that sanction for construction of roads has been issued by the State Government and JDA and for floating tenders by inviting application, the Additional Superintending of Police present in person assured that the compliance of the order passed by this Court is going on and other officers assured that directions issued by this court would be complied with strictly.

In view of the fact that none is present on behalf of the

petitioner, we deem it appropriate to list this petition on 28.5.2018.

The compliance reports produced by the authorities are hereby taken on record.
