Heard learned counsel on the application seeking the permission to dispense with the service of the performma respondents.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant Rishab Kumar has purchased the property from Shiv Kumar and the scope of the suit is limited to the extent of the property purchased by him. So as per his version, LRs of Smt. Jhamku Bai and Hira Lal are the only contesting respondents in this matter in whose favour the decree has been passed by the trial Court. On the basis of this version, the requirement of service of notice upon other respondents is dispensed with. Accordingly the application is allowed.

Put up after one week.
