This is second bail application on behalf of the accusedpetitioner who is facing trial for offence punishable under Sections 498-A & 304-B IPC in Sessions Case No.86/2017 pending before Sessions Judge, Jodhpur.
First bail application on behalf of petitioner was dismissed on 13th of November, 2017.
In the second bail application, no change much less material change in the circumstances after rejection of first bail application are pleaded. It is also evident from the material available that charges are framed against the petitioner for offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC.
In this view of the matter, I feel dissuaded to grant any indulgence to the petitioner.
Consequently, the second bail application fails and same is, hereby, rejected.
