1. Petitioner has assailed the order dated 16.09.2022 passed by the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa vide which interim maintenance @ Rs.5,000/- per month has been awarded in favour of the respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the matrimonial dispute has been amicably settled between the parties and he has instructions to withdraw the present petition.
