Counsel for the appellants submits that their application filed in terms of the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Rules, 2011 framed under the Haryana Dholidar, Butimar, Bhondedar and Muqararidar (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 2010, is not being entertained or decided.
Counsel for the State of Haryana submits that, in case, the appellants have a right, their application would be entertained and decided on merits.
The appellants have filed an application before the Collector, Palwal, for conferment of proprietary rights under the aforementioned Act and Rules. The appeal is disposed of by directing the Collector concerned to decide the appeal, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
