(Appeal against the Award dated 11.05.2012, passed by Sh.Sant Parkash, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hisar, in Claim Petition No.20 of 2011).

On 20.08.2013, on behalf of the appellants statement was made to accept 75,000/- ( Seventy Five Thousand Only) more in this appeal. Today, on behalf of the Insurance Company concurrence has been given to this effect. Two months' time is allowed to the Insurance Company to deposit the amount before the MACT, failing which, interest at the rate of 9% per annum shall follow on this amount till payment from the date of this order. As suggested by counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount would be paid to the appellant No.1-Kanta, in cash, by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the High Court.
