Only grouse of the petitioner is that the lower appellate court extended the time granted to the tenant-respondent for depositing arrears of rent.

Admittedly, order of the trial court is, at present, stayed by the appellate court.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise this plea before the appellate court at the appropriate stage. However, a direction be issued to the appellate authority to decide the matter expeditiously. Prayer is reasonable.

Dismissed as withdrawn. However, appellate court shall endeavour to decide the appeal expeditiously.
