Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to give the charge of the new station Dabwali to the petitioner and staying the operation of impugned order dated 19.11.2020 (Annexure P-6), vide which the additional charge of station Dabwali was given to respondent No.11.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.

Disposed of, accordingly.
