Learned counsel for the State submitted that order passed by this Court on 16.5.2012 in CWP No. 9144 of 2012 has been complied with and the petitioner has been paid the amount due to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, while not disputing the fact of receiving the amount paid by the State to the petitioner, submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail of his appropriate remedy in accordance with law in case any other amount remains due.

Ordered accordingly.
