Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Ms. Parveen Kaur, Lecturer, Education Recruitment Board, Punjab, states that the claim of the petitioner, as per the order dated 18.05.2016 passed by this Court, shall be considered and she has already been called for counselling and her claim for appointment would be accordingly considered as per law and she will be allowed to join/participate in the recruitment process subject to the outcome of the appeal, in case any appeal is filed by the State of Punjab.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.

Rule issued to the respondent stands discharged.
