Learned counsel for the State is directed to obtain the case diary as also the injury report, by the next date of listing.
List this matter in the week commencing from 21st December,2020.
As an interim, it is directed that the petitioners shall not be arrested in connection with Nimapara P.S. Case No.163 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.437 of 2020 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Nimapara till the next date subject to condition that they will cooperate with the investigation as and when required by the I.O. for the purpose.
