ABLAPL No.16887 of 2016 Misc. Case No.538 of 2017 17.05.2017 Heard. The petition is allowed. In 2nd and 3rd paragraphs of the order dated 27.04.2017 passed in Misc. Case N o.392 of 2017 (ABLAPL No.16887 of 2016), the expression Cuttack be deleted and in its place th e expression Rourkela be substituted. Further, the petitioner is given liberty to surrender be fore the J.M.F.C.(R), Rourkela as per the aforesaid order within fifteen (15) days hence. This order shall be read as a part of the orders dated 22.12.2016 and 27.04.2017. The Superintendent, Copying Section, is directed to correct the certified copy of the order, if produced by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Misc. Case is disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
