27.04.2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for t he State.
The petitioner prays to extend the time stipulated in the order dated 22.12.2016 in AB LAPL No.16887 of 2016 to surrender before the learned J.M.F.C.(Rural), Cuttack.
The application is allowed. The petitioner is given liberty to surrender before the le arned J.M.F.C.(Rural), Cuttack as per the aforesaid order within fifteen working days hence. W hile disposing of the bail application, the courts below shall keep in mind the principles of parity, if applicable.
The Misc. Case is, accordingly, disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
