CRLREV No.986 of 2016 06.02.2017 The lawyers of the respective parties are absent in view of the resolution passed by the Orissa High Court Bar Association. Mr. Ranjit Singh who is the son of the petitioner is present in Court today. He has prod

uced the copy of the Aadhar Card which is taken on record. It is stated by Mr. Ranjit Singh that his father is now in jail custody in connection

with this Case and out of the payment of the compensation amount of Rs. 82,000/-(rupees eighty two thousand) as ordered by the learned Trial Court to the complainant, his father has alread y deposited a sum of Rs. 22,000/-(rupees twenty two thousand) in the Court below and his fathe r is now ready and willing to deposit the balance amount of Rs.60,000/-(rupees sixty thousand) before the learned Trial Court.

Let the documents relating to the deposit of the aforesaid amount of Rs. 22,000/-(rupe es twenty two thousand) and Rs. 60,000/-(rupees sixty thousand) be produced before this Court on the next date.

modification/correction of the address of the opp.party no.2 is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to take fresh steps for issuance of notice in the correcte d address of the opp.party no.2 by speed post with proof of delivery as per the order dated 03 .01.2017 passed in Misc. Case No. 3 of 2017 which shall be filed by day after tomorrow (08.02. 2017).
