12. 27.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and l earned counsel for the opposite parties.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 27. 10.2014 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur in Execution Case No. 7/20 13.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even though notice was not serv ed on the petitioner, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jajpur by impugned order date d 27.10.2014 has held that the notice is sufficient.

Let the petitioner appear before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ja jpur on 5th August, 2015 and file an application for modification of order dated 27.10.2014 in Execution Case No. 07/2013.

If such an application is filed, the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ja jpur shall pass appropriate order on the same after giving opportunity of hearing to the petit ioner.

The C.M.P. is disposed of accordingly. Issue urgent certified copy.
