2. 21.06.2021 This matter is taken up by virtual mode. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The sole prayer in this writ petition is to issue a direction to the learned Commissioner, Land Records, Survey and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.1 to dispose of the R.P. Case No. 698 of 2019.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ petition is disposed of directing the learned Commissioner, Land Records, Survey and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.1) to dispose of the aforesaid Revision Petition as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three quarters from the date of receipt of certified copy or true soft copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No. 4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
