2. 09.05.2017 Heard. This is an application U/s. 438 Cr.P.C. Perused the copy of th e F.I.R attached to the ABLAPL petition.

Considered the materials placed by learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent resid ence of the petitioners and nature of allegation against them, it is directed that the petitio ners shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Sheragada in I.C.C. No. 37 of 2016 within 7( Seven) days from the date of the reopening of the Court after the ensuing Summer Vacation. In the event of their surrender and motion for bail, they shall be admitted to bail by the learne d J.M.F.C., Sheragada on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
