1. In view of the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding No. 225 of 2024 under section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 for a decree of divorce on mutual consent, the parties have separated peacefully. Learned counsel for the parties are present in the VC. Joint affidavit of the parties dated 19.03.2024 is on record.

2. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication and appeal stands disposed of in terms of the judgment and decree dated 12.09.2024.
