4. 1. This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode.

5. This Contempt Petition involves non-compliance of this Court's order dated 4.12.2019 passed in CONTC No.2195 of 2019 arising out of W.P.(C) No.18167 of 2008 disposed of on 25.03.2019.

6. Considering the submission made, taking into account the pandemic situation and to afford one more chance to the Opposite Party(s), this Contempt Petition stands disposed of directing the Opposite Party(s) to comply with the order of this Court dated 4.12.2019 passed in CONTC No.2195 of 2019 involving compliance of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.18167 of 2008, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order by the Petitioner, provided, however, the order in question is not stayed by the higher forum. A compliance report shall also be communicated to the Registry of this Court within a week thereafter. Failure of intimation, the Registry after expiry of one more week shall initiate a suo motu contempt proceeding against the Opposite Party-contemnor(s) and place the matter before the assigned Bench for further action.

7. As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021.
