counsel has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, which is taken on record.

A mention is made on behalf of Mr. S.C. Mohapatra, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners to adjourn the matter.

The CRLMC application is of the year 2016 and earlier no attempt has been made by the petitioners for getting the matter listed.

This CRLMC application has been filed by the petitioners under section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the orders dated 10.11.2016 and 14.11.2016 under Annexures-2 and 3 series by which the bank accounts of the petitioner no.1-Company has been frozen and further prayer to allow the petitioner no.1-Company to operate the accounts which are given in the schedule.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial is almost at the fag end.

In view of such submission, I am not inclined to entertain the CRLMC application.

Accordingly, the CRLMC application stands dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
