22.09.2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.845 of 2016 on the file of learned S.D.J.M. , Berhampur registered under Sections 420/272/273/188/34, I.P.C. read with Section 20 of the C OTP Act.

It has been alleged that the petitioner was engaged in manufacturing Gutkha and some inc riminating materials were seized by the police.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implica ted in the case and some co-accused has already been granted with bail by this Court.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the petitioner on surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Berhampur in the aforesaid case shall be released on b ail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety for the like am ount to the satisfaction of the said court with the condition that he shall not involve himsel f in any act of the alleged type and shall report before the Investigating Officer on every al ternate Sunday for next two months or submission of charge-sheet whichever is earlier.

The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
