2. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

3. The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to quash the proceedings in C.S. No.2 of 2017 (Annexure-4) pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aska, filed by Opposite Parties under Sections 18 and 20 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 stating it to be not maintainable.

4. In course of hearing, Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that interest of justice will be best served, if the Petitioner files a properly constituted application questioning the maintainability of the proceedings in C.S. No.2 of 2017 along with an application for interim relief before learned trial Court and prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

5. In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
