Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the or der dated 20.01.2015 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara in Execution Crl. M isc. Case No.106 of 2014. The Court issued N.B.W against the petitioner for realization of ar rear maintenance.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today and he is ready to clear the balance amount in installments.

Keeping in view the above, this Court disposes of the present application with an obse rvation that in case the petitioner deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- within a period of four weeks from today i.e., on or before 28th October, 2015 in such event the N.B.W was issued against t he petitioner shall not be executed. The court below shall fix the suitable installments to clear the balance amount.

The Criminal Misc. Case is disposed of.
