2. Mr. G.M. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to file an interlocutory application for paper publication to serve notice upon the O.P. by way of substituted service. He further prays to extend the interim order passed earlier by filing the certified copy of status report of the original case which may be kept on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid submissions, list this matter on 27.01.2023.

4. Interim order passed earlier, shall continue till the next date.
