This appeal coming on for conciliation this day, the Bench passed the

following:

ORDER

Parties agreed to settle the dispute by enhancing the amount of compensation already awarded by the Claims Tribunal by a further sum of

Rs.55,000/-(Rupees Fifty Five Thousand Only). The enhanced amount shall be paid by the Insurance Company to the claimant/s within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this settlement. In case enhanced amount is not paid within a period of two months, the claimant/s shall be entitled to get interest at the rate of 6% (six per cent) per annum only on the enhanced amount from today. Rest of the award passed by the Tribunal is kept intact. Ad Valorem Court Fees, if any, paid by the appellant/s shall be refunded to the appellant/s after due verification.

The appeal stands disposed of with the aforesaid.
