Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that both the parties have settled their dispute before the trial Court on 04.01.2017, by filing the compromise petition.
Today, when the matter is called out, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant even in the second round. Therefore, it appears that due to settlement between the parties in the matter, the applicant is not interested in prosecuting this criminal revision.
In view of above, this criminal revision stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
