After arguing for sometime, when this Court was not inclined to grant bail, counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the first bail application preferred under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.441/2021 registered at Police Station- Thatipur, District Gwalior (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 384, 327, 294, 323, 392, 506, 34 of IPC and Sections 11/13 of MPDVPK Act and Sections 25, 27 of Arms Act with liberty to repeat after suffering further sufficient period of incarceration.
Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
