Learned counsel for the appellant does not want to press this appeal on merits and seeks withdrawal of this appeal with liberty to move an application before the revenue authorities for demarcation of his portion of land about which there is no dispute .
He may do so in accordance with law.
Nothing stated in this order will come in his way for moving such an application.
The revenue authorities while taking steps for demarcation will also inform the respondent
With the aforesaid liberty, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
