This is an application for restoration of S.A. No. 589/2008, which stood dismissed for non-appearance of applicant or her counsel vide order dated 21/7/2016.
Counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertence the case could not be marked and therefore, the counsel could not appear on 21/7/2016 when the case was called for hearing. Application is duly supported by an affidavit.
On due consideration, application is allowed. S.A. No. 589/2008 is restored to file subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1,000/- to the State Legal Service Authority, Gwalior Centre.
A copy of this order be placed in the file of S.A. No. 589/2008.
