Perused the PUD dated 1.5.2014 received from JMFC, Gwalior.
Vide PUD JMFC, Gwalior, has made a request to grant one week's time to dispose of Criminal Case No.6779/07 in view of the order passed by this Court in M.Cr.C.No.1761/2014.
Considering the aforesaid request, the prayer is allowed. Learned JMFC, Gwalior is directed to dispose of Criminal Case No.6779/07 upto 30th June, 2014.
