Learned counsel for the applicants prays to withdraw the present revision filed by the applicants Smt. Arti Mishra and Master Munnu with the liberty that the applicant No.2 has grown up and his expenditure has enhanced and, therefore, he be permitted to move an application under Section 127 of CrPC for enhancement of the maintenance before the concerned trial court.
Prayer is allowed.
The present revision is hereby dismissed being withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
