This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed the following:

ORDER

Heard on admission.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of W.P.No.10379/2020, which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 13.12.2023.

3 . Considering the averments made in the application supported by an affidavit of the counsel for the applicant, this Court finds that sufficient cause is shown for restoration of the writ petition. Accordingly, MCC is allowed.

4. W.P.No.10379/2020 is restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand Only) within a period of 07 working days payable to the High Court Bar Association, Jabalpur, failing which the order of dismissal of writ petition shall remain intact.

5. The payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) shall be a condition precedent for restoration of W.P.No.10379/2020.

6. Interim application(s), if any, shall stand disposed off.

7. A copy of this order be kept in the file of W.P.No.10379/2020.
