Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

Upon instructions, it is stated by Shri Ajay Pratap Singh, learned Govt. Advocate, that the matter relating to appointment of Chairman in the State Cooperative Tribunal has been referred to the competent authority and there is every likelihood of appointment of Chairman in the said Tribunal by the end of October, 2015.

In view of this, since the matter is already sub judice before the Cooperative Tribunal, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the said authority of Tribunal to adjudicate on the application filed by the petitioner expeditiously soon after the appointment of Chairman keeping in view the fact that the election dispute is raised by the petitioner.

The Government Advocate is further directed to inform the authorities concerned to expedite the process of appointment of Chairman of the aforesaid Tribunal.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Certified copy as per rules.
