The petitioner has filed this revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 of Cr.P.C. being aggrieved by the order dated 21.05.07 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur in MJC No.245-A/04.

This revision was filed in the year 2007. On earlier four occasions, i.e. on dated 05.09.08, 17.09.08, 12.11.08 and on 24.11.08 also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. In compliance of order dated 14.11.07, statement of payment of installments has also not been made available by the petitioner. It seems that with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost interest in the petition. The petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution.

Payment of installments as well as amount of arrears now be realized from the petitioner. Learned trial Court now is free to take appropriate steps for recovery of the entire remaining amount.

A copy of this order be made available to the learned trial Court for information and compliance.
