ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent has filed an affidavit vide covering Memo No.4777/2023 and in which it is submitted that the respondent is willing to withdraw all the cases in view of the settlement arrived at between the respondent and the petitioner. It is also submitted that in view of the affidavit filed by the respondent vide aforesaid covering memo, the petitioner does not wish to press this present petition, however, seek liberty to revive the prayer, if cause for the same in future so arise.

In view of the aforesaid, the present M.C.C. stands disposed of while

reserving the liberty with the petitioner, to revive the prayer, if cause so arise in future.
