Shri Sanjay Sanyal, counsel for the petitioner.

This review petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification in the order dated 16.01.2020 passed in Contempt Petition No.845/2019.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Court while disposing of the contempt petition, has observed that the services of the petitioner have been terminated, whereas on the date of deciding the contempt petition, there was no termination order passed by the respondent authority.
However, that part of the order is nothing but an observation made by the Court and it cannot be considered to be a finding. Even otherwise, the order dated 16.01.2020 passed in Conc. No.845/2019 is modified clarifying that the said observation should not be treated as a finding and that would not come in the way of the petitioner for claiming any relief.
With the aforesaid modification, this review petition is allowed and disposed of.
