Heard.
The grievance of the petitioner is that he succeeded from Labour Court but benefits of the same have not been extended to him. RCC issued by Labour Court dated 18.10.2016 is not implemented by respondent No.1. Reliance is placed on the order passed by this Court in W.P. No.20696/2017.
Prayer is opposed by learned Government Advocate.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and with a view to maintaining parity, it is directed that in case the petitioner files certified copy of this order along with copy of the Revenue Recovery Certificate before the Collector of the concerned District, the Collector shall ensure that recovery, in accordance with certificate is made provided that order issuing the Revenue Recovery Certificate is not stayed by a higher forum and the benefit granted to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
