Learned senior counsel for the petitioner namely, Mr. N. Kumarjit is present before the physically whereby the said senior counsel is submitting that a copy of the response has already been furnished to the counsel for the respondent.

Therefore, keeping in view the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate that the matter would be listed on 11.07.2025.

However, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner in this matter is further submitting that the interim order may be extended. Therefore, keeping in view the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, it is deemed appropriate that the interim order be extended till that next date of hearing.
