[4] Mr. Th. Henba, learned counsel for the appellant, draws the attention of this Court to the order dated 27.04.2016 passed by this Court in MC(RSA) No. 11 of 2016 whereby this Court granted permission to the appellant to affix Court fee as and when available as the same was not available at the time of filing of the appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to affix Court fee on or before the next date.

[5] The prayer is allowed in terms of the earlier order dated 27.04.2016.
